Wendy Pinder

Wendy is a successful change leader and organizational capacity builder.  She brings over 25 years of senior management experience to help organizations strengthen leadership and improve performance. For the past 20 years she has managed her consulting practice specializing in helping organizations to achieve their desired potential and increase effectiveness. She has worked with a broad range of organizations at varying levels of capacity to help them to grow and strengthen their capacity through organizational reviews, restructuring proposals, redesigning programs to make them more responsive to community needs and strategic planning.

Her leadership roles have included past Director of Organizational Development for the Sherbourne Health Centre and past Provincial Coordinator of both the Ontario Homeless Initiative and Ontario Midwifery Programs, Ontario Ministry of Health. She was also Senior Manager at LAMP Community Health Centre for 7 years and has held several Interim Executive Director positions, most recently for the Ontario AIDS Network.
