			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Beth Jordan is a senior-level administrator, educator and consultant with more than 15 years’ experience in the social service sector.  She has consulted extensively to municipal, provincial and federal levels of government, as well as to more than 30 NGOs at home and abroad. As the Director of Programs and Services at the Assaulted Women’s Helpline, she successfully expanded the organization’s mandate from a municipal to provincial level service, securing $4.5 million in funding.  Beth was appointed to the Domestic Violence Death Review Committee by the Office of the Chief Coroner of Ontario for her violence against women expertise. She was also a member of the National Judicial Institute’s Judicial Education Project Advisory Committee.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>John Miller is a skilled consultant providing planning, facilitation and policy analysis with the non-profit and government sectors for over twenty years.  Since 2002, he has been providing organizational development, policy development, and project management services to non-profits, philanthropic organizations and governments in the social service, health sectors, as well as some work with the private sector. Prior to working as a consultant full-time, he served as a manager in the Ontario public service, and before that an Executive Director at a palliative care hospice.  Much of his work has been in the HIV and AIDS and early child development sectors, including ongoing consulting work for an international funders’ collaborative working in Africa, South America and Asia. John is also an award-winning author of two novels, The Featherbed (2002), and A Sharp Intake of Breath (2007).</p>
